Frequently Asked Questions

 

If I order today, when will my goods arrive?

Items displayed on the web site are in stock unless otherwise stated. We aim to dispatch all orders on the day of the order. All orders placed before midday will dispatch the same day.

However any orders received after 5pm on Friday and over the weekend will not be processed until 9am Monday morning. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will not be processed until the following working day.

Once dispatched most UK customers receive their orders within 2-3 working days but please allow 7 days before getting in touch. For customers in Europe please allow up to 7 - 14 days for your goods to arrive. Should there be any unusual circumstance which affect our normal delivery schedule, you will receive an email notifying you of this within 24 working hours.

 

Will I receive an email to confirm my order?

Yes you will receive an email confirming all of the details of your order. If you do not, this will be because you have incorrectly entered your email address. You should also check your email spam box as business emails can sometimes be filtered in to this in error.

 

I received an email saying there is a Payment Error with my Card details?

Firstly do not panic this might not mean that you have no money. The most common reason for this error is supplying the wrong Credit/Debit card information.

We process all card details in a batch each day. It is not until we do this processing that we find there is a problem. To resolve the matter just give us a call and we can take your details over the phone.

If we do not hear from any customer with this Payment Error within 7 days then the order will be cancelled and the stock released for sale.

 

What happens if i want to order a product listed as Preorder?

You are free to place an order for any item currently listed as Preorder. If you pay via Credit/Debit Card then no money will be taken until the product is in stock and ready for dispatch. If however you decide to pay via Paypal then you will unfortunately have to pay immediately as Paypal process the payment and we cannot tell them otherwise. We would recommend paying via Credit/Debit Card for all Preorders. If you have any queries regarding a Preorder then please get in touch with us via email : websales@toyopia.co.uk .

 

Do I have to order online?

No. Once you have viewed the website, simply make a note of what you would like to buy and call our customer service team on 01726 890350. We are here to take your orders, Monday to Friday, between 9 and 5pm.

 

Do you ship world wide?

Yes we do! Just select your delivery destination when you checkout.

 

I am in another country, how will I know how much shipping is?

No problems, just add the items to the shopping basket as normal, and when you get to the checkout stage just select your delivery destination from the country selection. The cost of shipping will automatically be calculated to your destination, based on the price of your order.
