Faulty Items We will either refund in full, or replace the faulty item free of charge. We will also refund the postage it costs you to return the item back to us. Please email us with the details of the fault and to receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA#). Return of Unwanted Goods Please email us with the reason for the return to receive an RMA number. Unwanted goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in their original packaging complete with all labels and instructions, at the purchaser's expense. All other monies will be refunded at the earliest time after the unwanted item has been received.
